The Patent Trial & Appeal Board denied institution of a petition for inter partes review brought by MediaTek Inc. challenging MOSAID’s US 7,996,811. This noninstitution follows two additional noninstitutions for MOSAID obtained last week. The L&W team was led by Nathan Lowenstein, Dennis Courtney, and Granville Kaufman.
