L&W Obtains Three Non-institutions on Behalf of Security First

Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP along with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP obtained three non-institutions on behalf of Security First Innovations, LLC. Deputy Director Stewart denied institution of three petitions for inter partes review brought by IBM challenging Security First’s US 8,271,802; US 8,904,194; and US 9,135,456 patents.  The L&W team included Nathan Lowenstein, Colette Woo, and Michael Cosley.
