Lowenstein & Weatherwax partner Kenneth Weatherwax will join a distinguished panel of IP practitioners on August 19 at a lunch event sponsored by the Entertainment and IP Sections of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. The panel will address the Supreme Court’s June 22, 2015 decision in Kimble v. Marvel Entertainment. Mr. Weatherwax was second chair counsel for the Kimble petitioners.
