Kenneth Weatherwax, co-managing partner at Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP, was quoted in a June 18, 2021 article by Perry Cooper of Bloomberg Law regarding recent trends in how the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit addresses disputes about the identity of inventors and owners of patents.  Mr. Weatherwax noted that such disputes can give a patent case the air of “an employment or family drama,” and pointed out potential tension between recent decisions in which alleged inventive contributions had been published before the invention was completed.  The article may be accessed at this link.
