Parham Hendifar is of counsel to Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP where Mr. Hendifar represents and advises clients in intellectual property matters. Mr. Hendifar has extensive experience in post-grant review proceedings and has represented clients in dozens of such matters, including Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs), covered business method reviews (CBMs) and ex parte and inter partes reexaminations. In 2014, Mr. Hendifar was ranked number 36 by Docket Navigator in the Top Lawyers Before The Patent Trial and Appeal Board, as “measured by the number of Inter Partes Reviews and Covered Business Method Review proceedings in 2014 in which the attorney represented one of the litigants.” Mr. Hendifar earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2011. He received an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA in 2005, summa cum laude, and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA in 2006. Prior to law school, Mr. Hendifar enjoyed a successful career as a professional civil engineer.
