Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP secured confirmation of challenged claims 1-30 of U.S. Patent 10,833,908 on behalf of Neo Wireless, LLC, after a reexamination was filed by Volkswagen Group of America Inc. Earlier, L&W had obtained another confirmation of all 18 challenged claims of U.S. Patent 9,948,488 on behalf of Neo Wireless, LLC, after a reexamination was filed by Unified Patents LLC. Bother matters were handled by L&W’s Parham Hendifar and Kenneth Weatherwax.
