Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP is pleased to announce that Parham Hendifar has been elevated to partner. Parham was the first associate to join L&W and has worked with the firm for over a decade. He has represented clients in more than 50 IPRs, CBMs and ex parte reexaminations, from the case’s outset through trial. In recent years, Parham has served as de facto lead or co-lead trial counsel in numerous high stakes IPR trials and has often been a decisive factor in numerous IPR trial wins.
