Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP obtained two denials of institution on behalf of Qomplx LLC in inter partes review proceedings brought by Palo Alto Networks, Inc. The petitions in IPR2026-00362 and IPR2026-00371 challenged U.S. Patent Nos. 11,539,663 and 12,143,425, respectively. L&W previously obtained a denial of institution of Microsoft Corporation’s petition challenging the ’663 patent in IPR2026-00183. The L&W team included Nathan Lowenstein, Dennis Courtney, and Colette Woo.
