Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP obtained another noninstitution—the third this year—on behalf of Aortic Innovations in IPR2023-01325. The Patent Trial & Appeal Board denied institution of Edwards Lifesciences petition for inter partes review challenging Aortic’s US 11, 491,033 patent.
