Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP secured a second complete trial win on behalf of its client Neonode. Claims 1-7, 9, 12-13, and 15-17 of Neonode’s U.S. patent 8,095,879 were challenged by petitioner Google. After a full trial, the Board upheld the claims’ patentability. The case was co-tried by L&W’s Nathan Lowenstein and Parham Hendifar. The Board’s January 11, 2023 decision may be accessed here.
