Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP obtained a noninstitution on behalf of Security First Innovations, LLC. The Patent Trial & Appeal Board denied institution of a petition for inter partes review brought by Google LLC challenging Security First’s US 9,338,140 patent.
