L&W Obtains Director Denial of Institution on Behalf of Entropic

Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP obtained a denial of institution on behalf of Entropic Communications, LLC in an inter partes review proceeding brought by Sagemcom Broadband SAS. The Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office denied institution of IPR2026-00263, which challenged U.S. Patent No. 11,785,275.
