Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP obtained a complete victory on behalf of Aortic Innovations in IPR2023-01232. The Patent Trial & Appeal Board denied institution of Edwards Lifesciences petition for inter partes review challenging Aortic’s US 11, 389,310 patent. This victory follows two complete trial wins, a partial trial win, and two other noninstitutions on behalf of Aortic. The L&W team in each of these matters was led by Nathan Lowenstein.
