Kenneth Weatherwax Quoted in Law360 Regarding Potential Licensee Reactions to Qualcomm Patent Antitrust Decision

Kenneth Weatherwax, co-managing partner at Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP,  was quoted in an article published in an article published in Law360 on May 30, 2019 regarding how Qualcomm’s patent licensees could react to the Northern District of California’s recent ruling that the chip giant’s licensing practices violate antitrust law.
