On July 30, 2021, the Central Reexamination Unit of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued a certificate confirming the patentability of all challenged claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,594,168, ending the ex parte reexamination of the patent requested by Unified Patents LLC.  The patent, held by inventor-owned Express Mobile, Inc., solves significant technical problems associated with website creation and generation.  Express Mobile is represented by Bridget Smith of Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP.
