Partner Bridget Smith was named as one of the PTAB Bar Association’s “Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials.”  The inaugural list was released by the Association’s Women’s Committee as part of a two-year focus on women practicing before the PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board).  It features women practitioners in private practice or at companies who have appeared in the highest number of PTAB trial proceedings since 2012.  These leading practitioners will also be recognized in the Association’s upcoming report on Women at the PTAB, which studies gender diversity at law firms and companies participating in PTAB proceedings.
