Edward Hsieh is of counsel to Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP. He previously practiced at Irell & Manella where he performed patent analysis, invalidity review, and litigation in a wide variety of technologies. Mr. Hsieh’s litigation experience includes pre-trial and post-trial procedures in courts throughout the country. In addition, Mr. Hsieh has worked as in house counsel for Tessera and as a Technology Transfer Officer for UCLA. Mr. Hsieh earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2004, where he was a member of the Law Review. He received an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Princeton University, a master’s degree in Material Science from UCLA, and a Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Engineering Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
